#1/ The applet in the middle is not working

First, make sure java and javascript are enabled in the security options of your browser.

Then if java is enabled, install the firefox browser (<link>). when you will go to this site with firefox, you will be asked to install the sun java plugin.

If you already have firefox or your current java is broken, install the latest sun java virtual machine (<link>).

#2/ I registered but I didn't receive any email from Plopbox

Check in the spam folder of your mail provider if you have one.

If you don't find the mail or your provider doesn't allow you to see the filtered emails, try using another mail account.

#3/ I have a window asking me if I should trust the site

If your browser is IE and you don't have the sun java virtual machine, the player will use Directsound and will produce a very high quality sound.

The applet is in this case a signed cab file and you will need to accept the certificate to have any sound, or install the sun java virtual machine.

#4/ The applet is slow, the sound is cutting, the browser crashes

The site works much better with firefox, the directsound output has a great quality but the javascript interaction and the applets graphics will have problems. Install the firefox browser and the java 1.5 plugin for a better plopping experience.

#5/ Hey, my favorite tune is not on Plopbox

Please login with your account and submit it to us using the link in the menu bar.

If it's a great tune, it will be validated by our admins and added to plopbox

#6/ I voted and the rating seems wrong

The vote system takes several parameters, including the number of votes. That why you'll find more tunes with more votes in the first positions.
